Oatmeal Stout #3 - æàá

I will be brewing using the BIAB method.

Type: All grain Size: 23 liters
Color:
76 HCU (~29 SRM)
Bitterness: 22 IBU
OG: 1.052 FG: 1.012
Alcohol: 5.2% v/v (4.0% w/w)
Water: No Water Treatment
Grain: 4kg Pale Ale / Maris Otter Malt
150g Roasted barley
500g Rolled oats
250g CaraAroma
200g Carafa III special
Mash: 76% efficiency
mash at 66°C for 60 minutes.
raise temp to 74°C and hold for 10 minutes for mash out.
let the grains drain and bring to boil.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.037 32 liters
Hops: 30g Brewers Gold (6.7% AA, 60 min.)
Yeast: Safale S-04 English Ale yeast OR Danstar Nottingham instead.
Log: Hops were planed to be Fuggles (60 Gr)
substituted by 30 gr of Brewers Gold.

Brewed 20/07/2010
fermented at 17°C for 4 days and than raised to 19°C.
Bottled on 03/08/2010. 22L
OG was 1.047
FG was 1.007
ABV around 5.2%
Carbonation: 2.3 volumes Corn Sugar: 114g for 22 liters @ 15°C
