Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.047 6.5 gallons
1 gm irish moss
Hops: 1 oz. Perle (8% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Perle (8% AA, 5 min.)
.5 oz. Hallertauer (aroma)
.5 oz. Perle (aroma)
Yeast: starter of wyeast 1056
Log: the 1/2 oz hallertau and 1/2 oz organic german perle to be dry hopped in secondary fermenter
