Alcohol: 6.5% v/v (5.1% w/w)
Grain: 8 oz. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
6 oz. Flaked wheat
Steep: Steep 30 min in 2 gal of 150° water. Rinse with 1 gal of 170° water.

Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.100 3 gallons
1 lb. Briess Pilsen Light DME
6.6 lb. Briess Bavarian Wheat LME
Last 15 min add 1 tsp irish moss, 1 oz bitter orange peel, and 1.25 tsp ground coriander.
Hops: 1 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Recultured Pyramid Hefeweizen yeast.
Log: Primary 10 days. Secondary 1.5 months
Carbonation: 5 oz corn sugar
